KOPA aluminium extrusion system replaces traditional folded tray signs with a cost-effective, durable and flexible solution
Sign Trade Supplies (STS) has announced the launch of KOPA, a new versatile signage system designed for professional sign-makers. The KOPA Post & Panel System provides custom-made, easy-to-install signage for clear wayfinding and marking.
KOPA is available in modular kits and is easy to order through the Sign Trade Supplies Trade+ website. Sign-makers specify the size, finish and panel configuration they need and receive an instant quote at any time using the online calculator. The kit is simple to install and can be transported easily and safely using STS’s material-saving packaging technique, which minimises delivery damage and onsite installation delays.

Key Features
KOPA Post & Panel is supplied in easy-to-install kit form. This simplifies ordering and fulfilment and ensures site installations are faster and more reliable.
The system accepts flat 3mm panels, such as aluminium composite. This means applying graphics via direct print or vinyl overlay is simpler, faster and more cost-effective than fabricating a folded sign tray. It also enables simple double-sided graphics, removing the need for a costly second tray. Sign-makers are also able to select from an extended material choice, expanding creative options.
KOPA uses high-performance bonding tape, so there are no visible fixings, giving a contemporary, professional appearance to the finished sign.
Incorporating STS’ DECRO powder-coating finishes, the KOPA system is also available in natural light oak and teak finishes off the shelf. These deliver a realistic and attractive wood effect without the maintenance hassles and cost of natural timber. Standard black and white profile finishes are also available. For larger orders, further finishes are also available.
