Visitors to the annual exhibition not only have the opportunity to witness exclusive product launches but also have the chance to add exciting new machines to their existing portfolio.
Sign and Digital UK, to be held in Hall 19, NEC Birmingham from 23rd-25th February will again offer sign makers looking to invest in new equipment an opportunity to see the latest machines from top manufacturers.
Andy Wall and Jason Harman from CC Supplies and Workwear made the decision to invest in new equipment following their visit in 2024.
The pair were on the lookout for a printer that was quicker than their existing two printers and found that quality in the Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer. This printer provides scratch-resistant prints without the need for lamination, resulting in reduced costs for customers and increased production times.
Andy says: “Our main reason to visit Sign & Digital UK was to look at new printers and any other print related kit. We would definitely recommend the show, and it has the added bonus of Printwear & Promotion LIVE! being located next door. This means we were able to look at a number of printers and decide which one was for us.”
Another visitor from 2024, also purchased a new flatbed LED UV printer after attending the exhibition in February.
Alan Henderson of Henderson Signs saw the ColorJet Verve 2513R displayed on the Quality Print Services stand and was instantly impressed.
He says: “The old machine we had was very slow, so when we saw the new printer being demonstrated on the QPS stand, we were very impressed. It is so much faster and allows us to get so much more work done.”
Included in the range of new equipment that can be seen at Sign & Digital UK next month is the debut of the new Mimaki JFX200-1213EX flatbed printer from Hybrid Services. The stand will also feature the all-new Mimaki CJV200 solvent printer/cutter.
Three new printers will be showcased on the InkTec stand, including the unveiling of the new JETRIX XAR320 hybrid printer whilst Roland DG will be unveiling the TrueVIS XP-640 eco-solvent printer.
The Epson stand will see the launch of the eco-solvent SureColor S9100. Phil McMullin, Epson’s UK commercial and industrial sales manager, says: “Epson will be taking a large booth space this year to accommodate the ever-growing range of commercial printers. Signage and graphic printers will be astounded at the array of printers on display and the versatility of the output.”
