Liyu UK has announced a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard for all printers and cutters in its Platinum Series range. This gives new customers confidence that the availability of their investment in business-critical print production technology is maximised.
PROGUARD is a direct OEM service provided by Liyu UK that covers the entire Platinum Series range of printers. It ensures maximum production uptime with quick and reliable cover and now comes with a full three-year manufacturer’s warranty for all parts and service time.

Within the PROGUARD programme as standard, as well as the 3-year warranty, is electronic, electrical and mechanical parts cover (with some restrictions for wear and tear on printheads), an extensive preventative maintenance programme, remote assist support, next day business day onsite support and Printfactory/Onyx direct support.
