The installation of solar panels and a comprehensive recycling program at their new energy-efficient office spaces part of Cube’s sustainability strategy

Cube Branding is making changes with their new 14,000sqft offices by implementing the next major steps in their sustainability strategy including the installation of solar panels, vehicle charging points for the electric fleet and a comprehensive recycling program. As part of the development of their new premises in Caterham, Surrey,  Cube are also in the process of constructing new energy-efficient office spaces.

Smartly Energy, recently completed installation of its solar panel on new headquarters. The move is expected to reduce the company’s carbon footprint significantly and lower energy costs. “Sustainability is a core value for us, and these solar panels will help us harness renewable energy while reducing our reliance on non-renewable sources,” said CEO Nic Bessent.

In addition to the solar initiative, they have started working closely with FESPA to improve waste initiatives. The program includes designated bins for waste vinyl including a new Baler for cardboard and backing paper, as well as partnerships with local recycling centres to ensure proper waste management.

Cube Branding is setting a new standard with these initiatives to inspire businesses looking to adopt environmentally responsible practices while maintaining operational efficiency. To further its commitment to sustainability, the company are currently in the process of constructing energy-efficient offices. These offices will feature LED lighting, smart climate control systems, and utilise environmentally conscious materials to enhance employee comfort while reducing environmental impact.

“We want to lead by example,” Nick Loxham added. “By integrating sustainable practices into our operations, we hope to inspire other businesses to do the same.”
