Antalis strengthens its presence with the acquisition of the visual communication business of Poitoo Adhésifs
Antalis announces the acquisition of the business activities carried out by Poitoo Adhésifs as part of its drive to broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its presence in the visual communication market in France.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Poitoo Adhésifs specialises in large-format media printing and cutting machines, as well as various consumables.
“The acquisition of the Poitoo Adhésifs business, long-established in the French Visual Communication market, is a strategic move for Antalis. Our product ranges and markets are highly complementary. This transaction enables us to continue our growth strategy in visual communication, particularly in key segments such as car wrapping and interior decoration, while strengthening our range of machines and our technical expertise. We will be able to better serve our customers with flagship brands such as Coala, Avery, MacTac, Orafol, 3M, Arlon, and Aslan,” said Hervé Poncin, CEO of Antalis.
With a turnover of €16.5 million in 2022 and over 3,000 active customers, Poitoo Adhésifs is a well-established player in its sector. The combination of Antalis and Poitoo Adhésifs will provide customers with a broadened range of products and services, reinforcing the complementary nature of their expertise and offerings. Antalis states that both companies demonstrate a shared and strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
This acquisition is part of Antalis’ strategy to position itself as a benchmark player in the adhesive and graphic communication solutions sector, while providing its customers a broader distribution network and enhanced technical expertise.
